I’ll be doing this tonight too — keep it simple and meaningful.
You’ll need:
A candle
A piece of paper and pen
A quiet space
1. Ground & Arrive
Light your candle. Take a few slow breaths. Let your shoulders drop. Let yourself arrive in the moment.
2. Reflect on Balance
On your paper, divide it into two columns:
Where I’m giving too much
Where I need more for myself
Be honest. No judgement.
3. Release
Look at what feels heavy or out of alignment.
Write a short statement like:
“I release the need to over-give.”
“I release what is no longer in balance.”
Tear the paper or safely burn it.
4. Reclaim Your Energy
Place your hand on your heart and say:
“I choose balance. I choose peace. I choose to honour myself.”
5. Sit With the Moon
Step outside or sit by a window if you can. Let the moonlight meet you.
No pressure to feel anything specific.
